Guardiolas Men Looking To Maintain Their Winning Start To The Season

Man City predicted lineup vs Wolves: Haaland to return as Foden and Dias set for comeback

Guardiola's men looking to maintain their winning start to the season

Manchester City will be looking to make it three wins from three when they host Wolves at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

Pep Guardiola's side have made a flying start to the new season, with two wins from two without conceding a goal. They will be looking to continue that form against a Wolves side who have also started the season well, with a win and a draw from their opening two games.

Erling Haaland is set to return to the starting lineup for City after being rested for the midweek Champions League win over Sevilla. The Norwegian striker has scored three goals in his first two Premier League games and will be looking to add to his tally against Wolves.

Phil Foden and Ruben Dias are also set to return to the side after missing the Sevilla game through injury. Foden has been in excellent form this season, scoring two goals in two games, while Dias is a key part of City's defence.

Ederson is also in contention to start after missing the Sevilla game with a knock. The Brazilian goalkeeper is City's first-choice keeper and will be looking to keep a clean sheet against Wolves.

Here is how we think City will line up against Wolves:

Manchester City predicted lineup vs Wolves (4-1-4-1):

Ederson; Walker, Stones, Dias, Cancelo; Rodri; De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Gündogan, Foden; Haaland
